For Pride Month this June, Nitehawk Cinema celebrates the LGBTQ community with an inclusive PRIDE program at both locations.
Focusing on works directed by women and people of color, Nitehawk presents a diverse range of stories that honor LGBTQ experiences with screenings of iconic queer films and contemporary independent features along with special events with NewFest and Queer Soup Night. Filmmakers such as Alice Wu (SAVING FACE), Caroline Berler (DYKES, CAMERA, ACTION), and Jamie Babbit (BUT I’M A CHEERLEADER) will be in attendance.
