Series Site
In October 2019 we’re opening an expanded MoMA, inspired in new ways by our founding mission to be an experimental museum of modern and contemporary art. In order to prepare for that exciting occasion, we are placing Modern Matinees on temporary hiatus. In the meantime, the quintet of films in this condensed May series, all drawn from MoMA’s collection, embrace the spirit of conversion, transformation, and new possibilities.
