"San Francisco-based Baldwin blasts out of the funky “folk archive” ensconced in his underground bunker to here personally revive some seven of his 16mm film works, 1978-2008. His filmography carries forth a post-Pop, ever-punk, and always-more-panicked strain of the West Coast found-footage movement, famously informed by Bruce Conner and Robert Nelson, but with a more critical political bent towards both longer-form agit-doc and speculative-history tale-telling. Baldwin joins us to showcase his three features individually in the closing trifecta, but the two double-bills of his earlier shorts are preceded by custom-cut quarter-hour 16mm re-mixes in/of the grand theatrical tradition: trailer flakes, cartoons tartare, and re-fried newsreel nuggets."—Metrograph
